This one came to me with a little more than what's shared here: * 1981 Vera Groningen (better copy than this was recently shared on DIME) * 2003 Peel session as part of trade disc track 05 and all of track 06 (THAT'S OFFICIAL & IS REMOVED HERE) I hadta split trade disc track 05 to pull out the non-2003-Peel part, & SBE-fixed it by itself. Lastly, I renumbered the tracks around the omissions. Audio-wise, the rest of it's 'as is' right from the trade CDR. The EAC report's not gonna line up with what's here as a result / is retained just to demonstrate a clean extract. NOTES A grab-bag of totally unrelated tunes, of various sound quality. I'm glad someone mopped 'em up & put 'em together for sharing with me, so I can now share 'em with you. - - - - The pair of tracks 01-02 were listed together under a single source entry, tho I doubt that to be true. * the first of those tracks (Riley) is definitely a studio source * the second (Choc) is obviously NOT from the same source & sounds like a very old low-fi audience recording to my ears They were listed with the generic source description "unknown session circa '85". Then I had the 1985-07-21 written in besides that, but I honestly DON'T know where that info came from. The visi timeline has ZIP listed for that date. And I didn't notice anything of a reference to studio date info in that general timeframe either. The 4 1994-1996 demos/unreleased tracks are each fairly nice sounding in their own way. The demos do include chopped up tape segments, but hey, they are what they are. The two VH1 tracks are nice and clear, but lack a lot of upper frequencies. (The Fall on VH1, that alone sounds bizarre to me & I can't imagine it.) - - - - Crank it up and ENJOY! it as I have, and share it so others can hear it. - - - - Filenames have numbers on the end that are the TIMES (ex. - "...-359" is 3min59sec long). I mark the start of tracks when the music or count-in begins, not the talking about it before it starts. - - - - The usual schmack applies here: Please don't post this anywhere but DIME. Please retain this original info file data with any reseedings. Please don't transfer to MP3 or other lossy formats. Please only trade this with others, don't sell it. Please support the artists involved by purchasing their official product in massive quantities.
