Lastly...
The original single file from Mixcloud was lossy.
If you get this package as I originally uploaded it then the m4a Mixcloud file will
be included along with the 10 flac files, this info.txt and 2 jpgs of the log scans.

Using Audacity I split it into separate tracks, normalised them and amplified them.
Saved as wav and converted to flac but yeah, a lossy source.
