The Fall 1986-03-21 Lone Star Cafe NYC USA Early & Late Shows (AUD 16 Bit,44kHz,Flac) Lineage unknown, they arrived to me as 16/44 wavs which I took straight to flac. From Derek Erdman via George - the levels on this were pretty low so I adjusted and also added a touch of low and mid EQ as I felt the original was drastically lacking in this respect. The outcome is a very nice audience recording in my book. Looks like L.A. and 2x4 (oh and a mid set tape playing of Hexen Definitive) are missing from the 1st set (according to thefall.org gigography), the last show appears to be complete. Late show witterings from thefall.org: - "Four: Spin magazine to step down into the trash can. Five: the book 'Theft As A Career' by Miles Copeland. IRS, A & M." (amended lyrics to "What You Need") - "Five: Geoff Travis on a spit." (amended lyrics to "What You Need") - "There is nothing so insipid as the Devil in disarray." (during "What You Need") (I sense more than a hint of Indignation from the big man) Early Show: 01 Instrumental.flac 02 Bombast.flac 03 Rowche Rumble.flac 04 I Am Damo Suzuki.flac 05 Lay Of The Land.flac 06 Dktr Faustus.flac 07 Couldn't Get Ahead.flac 08 Cruisers Creek.flac 09 Gut Of The Quantifier.flac Late Show 01 My New House.flac 02 Hot Aftershave Bop.flac 03 What You Need.flac 04 Hey!
