* both attempted at being very "unusually" played (i.e. badly) and then aborted due to the PA monitors (and possibly the PA itself) not being turned on at the start (apparently partly thanks to Grant WhatsHisName, although this is not to diss the bloke, he was otherwise always extemely reliable, and a brilliant mixer man normally - maybe he got pissed the night before, and to be honest, if working with Mark E. & Co., that would have been a pre-requisite for me all the time anyway!)
