Container Drivers (Edit - Tape Ran Out) Really enjoyed this gig, up there with the 1979 Retford appearance, great small club atmosphere, the band on song & who'd of though they would play for 90 minutes+! (There were a couple more songs after 'Container Drivers') Description from an earlier Retford Torrent: "Retford was a very small club in the East Midlands of England, it held approx' 200/300 people max in what amounted to a large living room space. It was also on the 2nd floor, with a Disco on the 1st floor! Think very small Phoenix Nights club with associated fire hazards! ;) Complete with a 1ft high stage at one end, mirrors as a backdrop (Tall performers would often hit their heads on the ceiling!) pillars & bar at the other end. Being this small it didn't take much for it to become literally jam-packed, hot 'n' sweaty, but it made for some excellent concerts. Also, it had the 'Nicey/Smashie' DJ for added absurdity." Noah Wall
